Summary
Our Wellbeing network brings together employees who are passionate about promoting and supporting health and wellbeing.
Fully inclusive and open to all, the network co-ordinates our wellbeing initiatives across the global community.
We all want to feel good, both at home and at work, and our network members continue to deliver our ‘Living Well at Wood’ tools and resources. These include our wellbeing plan, mental health champion sessions, employee assistance programme and topical online resources and webinars.
Wellbeing pillars
Wellbeing extends to all facets of life whether physical, emotional, financial, or environmental and as part of our ongoing efforts we cover all the pillars, working closely with all other employee networks to ensure collaboration and inclusivity.

Objectives
- We are committed to providing an inclusive workplace where our remarkable people can thrive.
- Our network events allow people to connect, learn, share views and most importantly, recommend improvements to make Wood an even better place to work.
- We listen and look out for each other.
“Looking after our health and wellbeing is fundamental to our success, both personally and professionally. We understand that to continually give our best we must feel good about ourselves, our teams and the work we do.”
