Tell us about your role at Wood

I am currently part of the structural team within the Perth office. I started with Wood in 2015 as a vacation student completing a 3-month position. I later moved onto a continuous improvement role in 2016 which involved initiating, tracking, and managing Wood’s continuous improvement initiatives from all disciplines in the business.

In 2017 I commenced my 2-year graduate program. The program has provided me with the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally; exposing me to a variety of industry experiences, including networking and learning and utilising multiple skill sets.

Through the program I have undergone project management training, offshore field engineer work experience and working in the brownfield projects structural team.
