Tell us about your role at Wood
I currently lead all of our P&O shared services centre, leveraging my experience to provide strategic direction. I do this through the development of operating models, transitions, and new structures with the goal to improve productivity and utilization across various regions. In this capacity, I lead transitions of new business, manage day to day operations, and develop business models to optimise the workforce and drive revenue growth.
When you reflect on your career at Wood what makes you most proud?
When I was just starting out as a professional, I was easy to please. No salary expectations, no needs, eager to please as many people as possible.
Fast forward 20+ years into Wood and I know what I want. An inclusive and diverse environment that celebrates the difference of people and seeks to give back to the community.
